We will not refund any products that are damaged by shipping. Therefore, please inspect your order thoroughly at the time of delivery, both to inspect for any damage and to ensure that everything you ordered has been included in the delivery.

If you notice any damage to your order, please make a note of the damage at the time of signature. Please be certain you get a copy of the receipt of delivery from the freight carrier, as well as the carrier’s contact information. If you choose to refuse delivery, make sure to write a detailed note on the delivery receipt specifying your reasons.

All products you purchase at Mega Pets Direct may be eligible for a refund. However, we cannot refund the cost of shipping your purchase to you, or the cost of shipping it back to us. Shipping costs can only be refunded if you cancel an order prior to its being shipped out – please notify us as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

We are happy to accept requests for exchanges of undamaged and/or unused orders, but we cannot be responsible for shipping costs of either the original item or the exchange item.
